Family Friendly Seafood Saturdays is back!

Some of you might remember and some of you might not even know, but here are some FUN FACTS regarding Seafood Saturday:

  • Family Friendly Location: Several years ago we used to serve Seafood Saturday in the Speakeasy Lounge in addition to the TR Bar. Due to several reasons, we had to switch it to TR Bar only but this year we are happy to announce we are bringing it back to the Lounge.  This allows families with children and those with mobility restrictions to join us!
  • Volunteer Run:  Did you know that Seafood Saturday is volunteer run?  Everything from cooking the Oyster Stew, to set up, cashier, and cleanup. We have different “Volunteer Teams” each week (and some that volunteer for several of the Saturdays).  Without them we couldn’t make this happen!
  • Tips go to charity:  All the tips given during Seafood Saturday get donated to the Volunteer Team’s charity of choice.  The Elks Lodge matches the tip total collected each week and also donates the the teams charity of choice.
