The Bismarck-Mandan Elks Lodge #1199 is pleased to host the 105th Annual North Dakota State Elks Convention on July 25-27.  Grand Exalted Ruler Bryan R. Klatt and First Lady Susan will be in attendance.  Every member in the state is invited but pre-registration is required. 

The Convention Highlights:

• Lewis & Clark Riverboat Tour on Missouri River will be Friday at 1:30pm.
• Friday night we will have the band Rock Creek playing on the Patio from 7-11pm.
• During the State Association meetings on Saturday, there will be a Ladies Luncheon on the Riverboat at 11:30am which includes a catered lunch by Blarney Stone.
• Saturday night after the banquet, live music will be provided by The Ravens from 8:30-11:00pm.
• Memorial Service will be held on Sunday at 10am. 

If you are interested in signing up for any of the meals or events, here is the price breakdown:

• Friday Riverboat Cruise: $35 per person   
  • Must arrive to Lewis & Clark Riverboat by 1pm to check in. Boat departs at 1:30pm
• Friday evening meal on the Patio: $20 per person
  • Serving Kabobs (Steak, Chicken, Shrimp) with pasta salad and fried potatoes.
• Saturday Ladies Luncheon: $45 per person
  • Being held on the Lewis & Clark Riverboat, food catered by Blarney Stone. 
  • 13 spots remain as of 7-18-25. 
• Saturday GER Banquet & Awards: $35 per person
  • Will be on Lodge Floor. Reception starts at 5:30, banquet at 6:30pm. Business Attire. 
  • Roast Beef, Chicken, Corn, Mashed Potatoes, Dinner Roll, and Salad buffet. 
  • Live Music by the Ravens will start after the Awards ceremony, approx at 8:30pm. 

If you are interested in attending all meals and meetings, which does include breakfast each morning, we do also have a Full Packet option:  $115 for members & $80 for their spouse/guest. *Full packet does NOT include the Friday Riverboat Cruise.
