The response to bringing Fine Dining back to our Old Dining Room has been incredible!

All reservations for Friday, November 13 are now filled, and we already have a growing waiting list. (* Elks Homecoming Honorees, please see note below)

We know this is disappointing news for many of our members who were hoping to join us, especially those who weren’t aware that reservations were recommended. We sincerely apologize for the confusion and wish we had room for everyone!

Please note: We will NOT be able to accommodate walk-ins for dinner that evening. All available seating has been reserved.   

* ATTENTION HOMECOMING HONOREES: If you are one of the Homecoming Pin Recipients (25 and 50 yr member this year) PLEASE still call us and let us know if you will be attending the ceremony, we have set aside some space for the honorees.

We’re exploring the possibility of bringing back this experience for additional special evenings, and we’d love to know what you think!

While no future dates have been confirmed, we’re starting an Old Dining Room Interest List for members who would like to be notified if another evening is scheduled.

We need volunteers—and some of the jobs are almost as much fun as attending!

We’re looking for help with the Human Slot Machine, 50/50 Raffle & Cake Walk, buffet, door prizes, front-door greeting, bussing tables, bar backing and more. We even need a little help before the event collecting door prizes from local businesses.
