End of Summer Party

Summer isn’t over until WE say it’s over!
Grab your friends, break out the Hawaiian shirts and join us Saturday, August 29 for our End of Summer Party & Luau Fundraiser!
We’re taking over the Lodge from 6–10 PM for a night of live music, food, tropical drinks, games, prizes and plenty of reasons to stick around all night.
Overeducated will bring the island vibes with live music—and steel drum!—from 6–9 PM.
Come hungry!
We’ll be serving up a Midwest Luau Buffet featuring pulled pork, corn on the cob, fresh fruit and more. The buffet will be available for an additional charge.
We’ll also have drink specials and bucket specials available throughout the night.
Bring a dessert & join the fun!
We’re putting our own spin on the classic cake walk with our “Calories Don’t Count Walk”—because fundraiser calories are free!
Bring a dessert to donate to the Cake Walk and you’ll receive one FREE game ticket. Homemade and store-bought desserts are both welcome. Additional game tickets will be available for purchase.
If bringing a homemade dessert, please label it with your name and any potential allergens, such as nuts, eggs or dairy.

Try your luck at our Human Slot Machine, buy tickets for Door Prize Drawings, and don’t miss TWO 50/50 drawings during the night.
And dress for the occasion! We’ll be handing out prizes for:
- Best Outfit
- Best Hawaiian Shirt
- Best Tropical Accessory
Elks Members — bring your crew!
There’s a little something extra on the line for our members: the Elks member who brings the most guests wins a prize!
Just make sure you check in at the door with your guests present so they count toward your total.
Don’t know an Elk? That’s okay!
Not a member and don’t have an Elk to come with? Join us as our guest! It’s the perfect chance to see what your local Elks Lodge is all about, meet some great people and find out just how much fun we have around here.
Who knows? You may decide you’d like to become part of it!
Want to help make the party happen?
We need volunteers—and some of the jobs are almost as much fun as attending!
We’re looking for help with the Human Slot Machine, 50/50 Raffle & Cake Walk, buffet, door prizes, front-door greeting, bussing tables, bar backing and more. We even need a little help before the event collecting door prizes from local businesses.
Whether you can help for part of the evening or take on a full shift, we’d love to have you on the team. Volunteers should arrive by 5:30 PM. Contact the Lodge to sign up.

Every game played, raffle ticket purchased and dessert donated helps us raise money for much-needed repairs to our Lodge.
