Students from around Bismarck/Mandan are paired with local Government and State agencies for the morning.  Scholarships are then awarded during a luncheon at 12pm.

Elks Lodge will be in the Bismarck Band Day Parade.  We will be handing out Drug Awareness coloring books, pencils and book marks along with candy.  See you there!
