Elks Hoop Shoot!!!

The Elks Hoop Shoot has been unleashing gritty kids for over 50 years. This free program for 8–13 year-olds helps competitors unleash their grit as they learn the importance of hard work, dedication, and perseverance.

You don’t have to be the biggest, fastest, or strongest athlete on the court to sink one free throw after another. When you step up to the line, it is a level playing field. However, competitors must have one thing: the courage to try.

Last year Jaelyn Heins of Bismarck made it all the way to the National Contest in Chicago!!! In order to make it to Nationals, you must start at a Lodge Contest and the Bismarck-Mandan Elks Hoop Shoot is Saturday, December 6 at 8am at Wacther Middle School.

No relation to the Elks is necessary to compete in a Hoop Shoot contest!
