Registration form can be found on page 4 of the April-May newsletter. Form and payment to be turned into Bismarck Elks Office (Tuesday-Friday: 9:30a-5:00p)
Open to the first 30 teams.
All proceeds go to Elk’s Charities.
Registration is at 11:30am
Shotgun Start at 12:30pm.
Golfers fee includes: Green fee, cart, prizes and a burger with all the fixings served at the Elks Lodge immediately after tournament.
