This free program for 8–13 year-olds helps competitors unleash their grit as they learn the importance of hard work\, dedication\, and perseverance. \nYou don’t have to be the biggest\, fastest\, or strongest athlete on the court to sink one free throw after another. When you step up to the line\, it is a level playing field. However\, competitors must have one thing: the courage to try. \nLast year Jaelyn Heins of Bismarck made it all the way to the National Contest in Chicago!!! DESCRIPTION:Come on down to the Elks for our Blues Jam every Tuesday 6pm – 9pm\, in the 1199 Speakeasy. This weekly Blues Jam is hosted by Jennifer Lyn & The Groove Revival and is open to musicians and music enthusiasts 21 years of age and older. Guitar amps\, bass\, amp\, keyboard\, vocal mics\, and drums are provided. All musicians are welcome! \nThe Blues Jam will move to the patio in May for the summer months. \nAny changes to the Blues Jam schedule will be posted to our Facebook page.

DESCRIPTION:Seafood Saturday at the Bismarck-Mandan Elks #1199 is every week from October to March in the TR Bar (21 and over only) AND in the Speakeasy Lounge (family friendly and handicap accessible) from 12:00-2:00pm.  There are seafood and non-seafood options (shown in menu below) plus one Seafood Special that changes every week. \nVisit our Facebook page to see what the weekly Seafood Special is (usually posted the day before when possible): https://www.facebook.com/elkslodge \nTips left for the Volunteer Team running Seafood Saturday each week will be donated to the team’s charity of choice.

DESCRIPTION:Join us every Saturday in the TR Bar for Trivia Saturdays at 2:30pm. (please note the new start time\, used to be at 2pm)\n \nTeams can have up to 8 people.\nParticipate each week. Teams have a chance to win a round of drinks in each half and there will be a gift card for the overall point winner for the day.\n \nIn addition to regular single Saturdays\, team points will be accumulated through each week in “Seasons”.\n\nSeason 5: October 18 – December 20 (no Trivia on Nov 8th)\nSeason 6: January 3 – March 29\n\nAt the end of each season\, the top 3 teams won a gift card for their accumulated points. \nMinor change this year:  Teams will need to bring their answer sheets to the gaming table to be checked.  We will not be going to each table to grade sheets this year. \n \nHappy Hour specials from 2-4pm.
